The installer contacted me the night before and informed me that due to covid 19, they were short staffed, so my appt time would be pushed back. That freed up my morning to run important errands. He didn't let me sit around waiting for him. He constantly kept me updated on his eta. When he arrived, he did an awesome job. He was professional and polite. Also, he informed me of everything he was doing during the install. Most importantly, when he was done, he educated me on how to use my new devices. I give this guy an A+++! Joe was amazing with my installation. Its not often that a service provider will offer suggestions based on a customers concerns. Joe did just that!
